Terms of Service
Last updated: August 16, 2026
Iri is a shared AI service: a private space where the people you share life with talk in one conversation with an AI participant that remembers shared context and takes actions you ask for. By using Iri you agree to these terms.
Your space
- You must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate account information.
- Content in a space is visible to every member of that space — that's the point. Only invite people you intend to share with.
- You're responsible for what you post. Don't use Iri for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive.
The AI
Iri is an AI assistant. It can make mistakes; its replies and actions are suggestions, not professional advice. Every action it takes is recorded and reversible in the app, and you should review anything important.
SMS / text messaging program terms
Spaces can optionally enable a group text so Iri participates in a native message thread with the members of the space.
- Program description: conversational messages between the members of your space and the Iri assistant — replies, reminders, confirmations of actions you request, and messages other members send to the thread.
- Consent: you opt in by entering your own mobile number in the app's settings. Messages begin only after a member of your space starts the group thread.
- Message frequency varies based on your space's activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by removing your number in settings. Reply HELP for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Mobile numbers and opt-in data are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Service changes
We may change or discontinue features as the product evolves. If we make material changes to these terms, we'll surface that in the app.
