Iri is a shared AI for the people you share life with: a private space with one conversation, shared memory, and an AI participant. This policy explains what we collect and how it's used.

What we collect

  • Account information — your name, email address, and, if you enable text messaging, your mobile phone number.
  • Shared content — the messages, lists, plans, projects, files, and memories created inside your space.

How it's used

Your content exists to serve your space and nothing else. Messages are processed by our AI provider to generate Iri's replies and actions. Every space's data is isolated at the database level; members of a space see only their own space. What Iri remembers is always visible in the app, and any member can edit or delete it.

Text messaging (SMS/MMS)

If your space enables the group text, Iri participates in a group message thread with the members of your space.

  • Consent: each participant enters their own mobile number in the app before any message is sent. We never send messages to numbers that weren't added by their owners.
  • No sharing: mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties for marketing or any other purpose. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
  • Message frequency varies with how actively your space uses the thread.
  • Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.
  • Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or remove your number in the app's settings. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the address below.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell your data — any of it — to anyone.
  • We don't use your content to advertise to you.
  • We don't read your personal AI, your other apps, or anything outside what you put in your space.

Service providers

We use a small number of infrastructure providers to run the service: database and authentication hosting, AI model inference, and (for the group text) SMS/MMS delivery. They process data solely to provide the service and are bound by their own confidentiality obligations.

Deleting your data

You can delete individual memories, messages, and items in the app at any time. To delete your account or your space entirely, contact us and we'll complete it promptly.
